Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://towinglugoff.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Kingston MotoWerks markets and arranges Towing, Car Lockouts, Tire Change Services, Jump-Start. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Kingston MotoWerks and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Account Closure. Kingston MotoWerks reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
As-Is Basis. https://towinglugoff.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Kingston MotoWerks makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Damages. Kingston MotoWerks is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Kingston MotoWerks against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under SC law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in SC for any related dispute.
